If you find a lower price from another Australian supplier, we’ll match it — it’s that simple.

We’re confident in our pricing, but we also understand you want the best value for your money. If a competitor is offering the same product for less, bring it to our attention and we’ll take care of it.

Conditions:

The competitor’s product must be identical in all respects — same lead time, colour, size, and decoration method. Their price must be publicly advertised online and include all delivery and setup costs, with the item in stock at the time of the request. The competitor must be an Australian business selling direct to customers; auction sites and marketplace retailers are excluded. Price matches cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional offers or vouchers, and do not apply to clearance or closing-down sale pricing.
